Are NY State workers going to get another Economic Stimulus Payment besides the federal one?
I hear that NYS/NYC was going to pay Economic Stimulus, is it an extra one or it is just the same one the IRS is paying?

Economic Stimulus: Which social security number does the IRS use to determine the date it is sent?
My husband and I filed jointly and will be getting an economic stimulus refund but we can’t figure out which social security number determines when the money will be direct deposited. Anyone know how this is determined? Thanks for your help!

Economic Stimulus?
I did not receive any notices in the mail regarding my economic stimulus package and should be getting one. The IRS site has something where you can look “wheres my stimulus” about one week before it is supposed to be deposited into my bank account, which is now. That is not coming up with any information. I am worried that I will not be getting one for some reason. I am at the same address as whe I filed my tax returns as well… I don’t owe any federal debt and I am in the correct tax liability bracket.. Anyone have any ideas or same experiences with this?

How to spread the word about a new fake E-mail about the economic stimulus refund from the IRS?
I think this phishing scam is brand new; it asks people for their direct deposit info so they can get their economic stimulus refund faster. It looks so official, I’m afraid a lot of people could be fooled, especially because so many people are waiting so anxiously for this money. I don’t recall seeing a warning on this specific scam anywhere. I forwarded the e-mail to the IRS, but what is the best way to get the word out to the public ASAP?
