Can I give the irs my bank routing number to get the economic stimulus check sooner?

I didn’t get my refund through direct deposit. But I would like to get the economic stimulus deposited directly into my account.

Negative. You had to have had your 2007 Refund direct deposited to have the stimulus check direct deposited as well.

You can only get the stimulas check direct deposit if you had your refund direct deposited. Also the direct deposit money for stimulas checks will be sent before regular paper checks.

nope if paper check for refund then paper check for rebate if DD for refund then DD for rebate that is how it is going to be

If you already filed your return, it’s too late now to have the rebate direct deposited.
