I am honestly asking Republicans what McCain is going to do for the economy. I have not heard him have one policy when it comes to the economy. I do not want to hear he is going to cut taxes. I fully support taxes and that is a non issue. Besides, just cutting taxes alone is not going to fix the economy so what else is he planning on doing?

This concerns the “bailout” that the president assured that we would get all o0f our money back. How?
For years the government has borrowed money from the Social Security that we, the working public, and used it on other programs. Has any of that money ever been paid back? If you or I borrow money it has to be paid back, with interest soooooo, why doesnt’ the government have to? If they do Social Security this way, why should we believe that if they use us tax payers money to bail out wallstreet, that they will indeed pay it back@!!!!!

Should be be cheering the fall from grace of Spitzer? or are the criminals in wallstreet, just justifying?
their own misdeeds? Seems to me that celebrating the fall of somebody who fought crime, is something that only criminals would do. Don’t get me wrong, I think its good that he got caught, but I’m not popping wine bottles, and wearing party hats. This is how prisoners behave when dirty cops are shown on television… Maybe somebody should start investigating wallstreet again.

A lot of fraud has been committed, and a lot of commissions have been paid to these felons. Would the congress be too chicken to throw their Wall Street buddies in prison because they might be next?
